First click on the "Meetings" item in the left sidebar
Click on "Pending" tab in the meetings section
Next click on the meeting poll you want to edit from the list
Then click on "Edit poll" link in the meeting details
In the edit meeting poll form, you can change the Time Zone and Duration
In the Hosts section, add or remove hosts as needed
You can also add or remove time slot options to offer invitees using the calendar grid
Next click the “Next” button to continue
Then on the next page, edit the meeting name, location, or any other settings as required
Finally, click the “Share Meeting Poll” button to save your changes and share the updated poll
