  1. First in your dashboard, click on the "Settings" option in the left sidebar
  2. Then click on the "Shortcuts" item in the settings menu
  3. Next click on the shortcut you want to edit in the shortcuts list
  4. Make the necessary changes to the shortcut text, or shortcut type as needed
  5. You can also edit the message, in the Message field
  6. Click on "Insert placeholder" link below the message text area
  7. Then select the placeholder you want to use to insert into the message body from the dropdown menu, if needed
  8. Finally once done, click on the "Save changes" button to save the updated shortcut
