Here is how to disable the delimiter in zendesk

  1. First in Admin Center, click on the "Channels" icon in the left sidebar
  2. Then click on "Email" option under the "Talk and email" section
  3. Next in the email setting, find the "Mail delimiter" section 
  4. Deselect the "Enable" checkbox to disable this feature
  5. Next, you need to remove the delimiter code from the default email template. Locate the "HTML template" code in the Email templates section
  6. Then remove the {{delimiter}} placeholder and any surrounding CSS with it
  7. Finally, click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page to save the changes
