  1. First in Admin Center, click on the "People" icon in the left sidebar
  2. Then click on "Organization fields" under the Configuration section
  3. Next find the custom organization field you want to clone in the fields list
  4. Click on the options menu (three dots) next to it
  5. Select "Clone" from the dropdown options
  6. Then enter a new "Field name", update the "Field key", the description and field value if needed
  7. Finally click the "Save" button at the bottom of the form to create the cloned field
