Here is how to delete a support address in zendesk

  1. First in Admin Center, click on the "Channels" icon in the left sidebar
  2. Then click on "Email" under the "Talk and email" section 
  3. In the "Support addresses" section, find the address you want to delete
  4. Hover over it and click on "delete"
  5. Finally, in the confirmation dialog, you should see a "Delete Mail Address" button, click on it
  6. The support address has been successfully deleted and removed from the list
