  1. First in Admin Center, click on the "People" icon in the left sidebar
  2. Then click on "Organization fields" under the Configuration section
  3. Next click on the custom organization field you want to delete in the lists
  4. In the field details page, click on the "Actions" dropdown button in the top-right corner
  5. Select "Delete" option from the Actions dropdown menu
  6. Finally, click the "Delete" button in the confirmation dialog box to confirm the deletion
  7. The field has successfully been deleted. This action is permanent, and the field data cannot be recovered
