  1. First click on CRM in the left sidebar and select "Tasks" from the menu
  2. Then click on the "Manage queues" button in the top right corner of the Tasks page
  3. Next click on the "Create task queue" button in the top right corner of the Task queues page
  4. Enter a name for the queue
  5. Choose the access level, Private, Shared, or Public
  6. Finally click the "Save" button to create the new task queue
  7. Your task queue has succesfully been created and ready for use
