How to create a knowledge base article in HubSpot

Here is how to create a knowledge base article in hubspot

  1. First click on the "Content" option in the left sidebar
  2. Then click on "Knowledge Base" item in the content menu
  3. Next click "Create article" button in the top right corner
  4. In the article editor, click on the pencil icon in the top header
  5. Then enter the title of your article in the text field
  6. Enter a subtitle in the Subtitle field
  7. Click inside the content editor to write the body of your article
  8. To customize the article's settings, click the "Settings" button at the top right
  9. In the settings modal window, edit or enter a new URL slug in the URL field
  10. To set the language of the article, click the "Article language" dropdown menu and select a language
  11. In the Category section, click on "Select a category" dropdown 
  12. Select a category from the available options or create a new category
  13. Next click on the "Subcategory" dropdown and select a subcategory or create a new subcategory
  14. To add a tag to the article, click the Tags dropdown menu
  15. Select a tag from the list or add a new tag
  16. To add a meta description to the article, enter a description in the Meta description field
  17. In the Control audience access tab, set the visibility of the article
  18. To add a code snippet to the head HTML of the article, enter the code snippet in the Head HTML field
  19. Then click "Preview" in the top right to preview the article
  20. Finally, click the "Publish"  button to make the article live
  21. Your article has been successfully created and is now live
