  1. First click the "Workspaces" icon in the left sidebar
  2. Then select "Help Desk" option from the Workspaces menu
  3. In any of the ticket list views, click the name of the ticket you want to mark as spam
  4. In the ticket detail view, click on the "Actions" dropdown menu in the top-right corner
  5. From the Actions dropdown menu, select "Mark as spam"
  6. In the spam confirmation dialog, select the associated conversation you want to mark as spam. If you select all associated conversations, the ticket will be deleted
  7. Finally, click the "Confirm" button to confirm the action
