Here is how to mark a help desk ticket as spam in hubspot
- First click the "Workspaces" icon in the left sidebar
- Then select "Help Desk" option from the Workspaces menu
- In any of the ticket list views, click the name of the ticket you want to mark as spam
- In the ticket detail view, click on the "Actions" dropdown menu in the top-right corner
- From the Actions dropdown menu, select "Mark as spam"
- In the spam confirmation dialog, select the associated conversation you want to mark as spam. If you select all associated conversations, the ticket will be deleted
- Finally, click the "Confirm" button to confirm the action
