Here is how to edit a card in help desk in hubspot

  1. First click on the "Inbox & Help Desk" dropdown in the left sidebar settings menu
  2. Next select "Help Desk" from the dropdown menu
  3. Click on "Sidebar customization" link in the help desk settings area
  4. Click on the view containing the card you want to edit in the view list
  5. Then click on "Edit layout" tab in the top menu
  6. Next locate the card you want to edit and click on "Edit" button next to it
  7. At the top of the edit panel, you can update the card title
  8. To add properties, click on "Add properties" dropdown in the properties section
  9. Select the properties you want to add from the properties dropdown menu
  10. You can delete a property by clicking the "Trash Bin" icon next to it
  11. Finally, once done click "Save" button to apply the changes
