  1. First in Admin Center, click on the "Objects and rules" icon in the left sidebar
  2. Then click on "Fields" option under the Tickets section
  3. Next click on the "Actions" dropdown menu in the top-right corner
  4. Select "Edit order" option from the Actions dropdown
  5. Click and drag the field you want to move
  6. Release the field to drop it in the desired position
  7. Do the same for all the other fields you want to change the order of
  8. Finally click the "Save" button in the bottom-right corner to confirm the field order changes
