  1. First click on "Admin center" in the left sidebar menu
  2. Next click on "Groups" in the organization settings section of the sidebar
  3. In the groups list, open the group where the member belongs
  4. Then click the "Assign group admins" button in the top right corner
  5. In the search field, enter the name or email address of the member you want to make an admin
  6. Another option is to locate the the member you want to make an admin in the list
  7. Then click the three dots menu button next to it
  8. Click "Assign as group admin" option in the dropdown menu
  9. Finally click on the "Assign" button to confirm
