Here is how to undo an edit to an email in intercom
- First click on the "Outbound" option in the left sidebar menu
- Then click on the email item in the messages list
- Next click in the email content area to begin editing
- Click the "Undo" button in the email content area toolbar
- Finally click the "Save and close" button in the top toolbar
