  4. Next click the "Actions" dropdown button in the top menu
  5. Click on "Reassign" in the actions dropdown menu
  6. Click on the "Available for" dropdown in the reassign dialog
  7. Select the new group or agent to reassign the shortcut to from the dropdown list
  8. Then click on the "Set" button to proceed
  9. Finally click the "Reassign" button in the confirmation dialog
