Here is how to mark a help desk ticket as unread in hubspot
- First click the "Workspaces" icon in the left sidebar
- Then click on "Help Desk" option in the workspace dropdown menu
- In any of the ticket list views, click the name of the ticket you want to mark as unread
- Next click the "Actions" dropdown button in the top-right corner of the ticket view
- Finally click on "Mark as unread" option from the Actions dropdown menu
