How to manage your documents in HubSpot

Here is how to manage your documents in hubspot

  1. First click on "Library" in the left sidebar menu
  2. Then click on the "Documents" item in the expanded library menu
  3. Next to edit a document, click on its name in the documents list
  4. To modify the document title, click the editn "Pencil" icon and enter a new title
  5. To generate a document description, click on "Add it now with Breeze" link next to the missing description text
  6. Then to replace the existing document click on "Re-upload" button, and to create a shareable link click on "Create link"
  7. You can hover over a document and click on the "Preview" button to preview
  8. For additional options, click on the "Actions" dropdown menu
  9. From the Actions menu, you can create link, download, or move the document to another folder or click on "Manage sharing" to change who the document is shared with
  10. To upload a new document, click the "Upload document" button in the top-right corner
  11. Finally you can organize your documents by clicking on the "New folder" button  to create new folders
