Here is how to create a list in hubspot

  1. First in the left sidebar, click on CRM  and select "Lists" from the options
  2. Then click on the "Create list" button in the top right corner of the Lists page
  3. Select the object with the records you want to segment in your list
  4. Give your list a name
  5. Select the type of list, either Active or Static
  6. Click on the "Add filter" button in the Filters section
  7. Select the object for which to set filters
  8. Next select a filter category
  9. You can add more filters, and refine them with AND/OR filters
  10. Finally, click on the "Save list" button in the top right corner
