Here is how to delete a team view in help desk in hubspot
- First click on the "Inbox & Help Desk" dropdown in the left sidebar settings menu
- Then click on the "Help Desk" from the dropdown menu
- Next click on the "Sidebar customization" link in the help desk customization section
- Find the team view you want to delete
- Click on the "More options" (three dots) next to it
- Click on the "Delete view" option in the dropdown menu
- Finally in the confirmation dialog box, click "Delete view" to confirm the deletion
