  1. First click on Reports icon in the left sidebar
  2. Then click on the "Dashboards" item in the Reports submenu
  3. Click on "Manage dashboards" link in the top menu
  4. Next hover over the dashboard you want to manage and click on "Actions" dropdown menu
  5. Select "Manage access" option from the Actions dropdown menu
  6. In the access settings modal, select who can access the dashboard by choosing from the available access level options
  7. If you select "Only specific users and teams", then click the " Next" button
  8. Next choose the specific teams or users who will have access to the dashboard
  9. Finally click "Save" button to apply the changes
