How to group tasks in Asana

How it works

  1. First click on "My tasks" item in the left sidebar menu
  2. Then click on "Group" button in the top toolbar
  3. Next click on what type of group you want to have from the group menu
  4. Then click on groups on the top right corner
  5. Next click on the sort direction dropdown in the group settings
  6. Finally select a sort option from the sort direction dropdown
