How to link proofing tasks to projects in Asana

How it works

  1. First click on the project in the left sidebar under Projects section
  2. Then click on the task that has a proofing tasks from the task list view
  3. Next scroll down
  4. Click on the proofing task under the subtasks section
  5. Click on the three-dot menu in the top-right corner to access additional options
  6. Click on "Add to projects" option from the dropdown menu
  7. Then click on the projects empty input field
  8. Finally type the name of the project you want to link the proofing tasks to and select it from the suggested menu
