How it works
1. First click on a project in the left sidebar under Projects section
2. Then click on the "Gantt" view option in the top navigation menu
3. Next hover your mouse over a task block until you see the duration handle
4. Click and drag on the white part of the task block in the Gantt chart to adjust the task duration
5. Continue dragging the task block to extend or shorten the timeline as needed
