Here is how to enable global email visibility in zendesk sell
- First in Zendesk sell, click on the "Settings" icon in the left sidebar
- Then click on "Email" option under Communication channels
- Next click on "Visibility" tab in the email settings section
- Click on the "not visible to users" next to the "My email conversations" whether on Leads, Contacts or deals
- Click on the dropdown menu
- Select "visible to users" option from the dropdown menu
- Then do the same for all of the email conversations
- Click on the "Save" button to apply the changes
- Finally click "OK" button in the confirmation popup to complete the process
