  1. First in Zendesk sell, click on the "Settings" icon in the left sidebar
  2. Then click on "Email" option under Communication channels
  3. Next click on "Visibility" tab in the email settings section
  4. Click on the "not visible to users" next to the "My email conversations" whether on Leads, Contacts or deals
  5. Click on the dropdown menu
  6. Select "visible to users" option from the dropdown menu
  7. Then do the same for all of the email conversations
  8. Click on the "Save" button to apply the changes
  9. Finally click "OK" button in the confirmation popup to complete the process
