Here is how to enable form encryption on jotform
- First click on the "SETTINGS" tab in the top navigation menu
- In the main settings area, click the toggle button next to "Encrypt Form Data"
- Click the password input field and enter your account password
- Click the "VERIFY" button to confirm your identity
- Click the access code input field to enter an encryption code
- Select the checkbox labeled "I understand that if I forget my access code, I won't be able to view my form submissions."
- Finally, click the "ENABLE ENCRYPTION" button to complete the form encryption setup
