- First click on "Audience" in the left sidebar menu
- Next select "Lists & segments" from the expanded Audience menu

- Then click the options menu (three dots) next to the segment
- Select "Clone" from the dropdown menu
- Next enter a new name for the duplicated segment
- The copy includes the same conditions and filters as the original segment, which you can modify as needed
- Finally, once done, click the "Clone Segment" button in the top-right corner to finalize the duplication
