  6. Click on the "Uninstall" button located in the bottom right corner
  7. In the uninstall confirmation dialog, click on the "Choose a reason..." dropdown menu
  8. Choose a reason from the dropdown options
  9. Enter "UNINSTALL" in the confirmation text field
  10. Finally click the "Uninstall" button in the dialog to complete the uninstallation
