Here is how to create an email sequence in zendesk sell

  1. First in Zendesk sell, click on the "Settings" icon in the left sidebar
  2. Then click on "Sequences" under Business rules section
  3. Next click on "Add sequence" button
  4. Click on "Add step" button to begin the setup
  5. Select "Automated email" from the dropdown menu
  6. Choose the email template that you want to use for this step
  7. Click on "Select" button to confirm the template choice
  8. Specify when you want the email to be delivered
  9. Select the checkbox for "Add an unsubscribe link to all emails in this sequence"
  10. Next choose the language you want to use for the unsubscribe message
  11. Once done with the set up, click on "Save sequence" button
  12. Enter the sequence name in the "Name your sequence" dialog
  13. Finally, click "Save" to finalize the sequence creation
