  1. First in the Admin Center, click on the "Channels" option in the left sidebar
  2. Then click on "Messaging" under the Messaging and social section
  3. Select the Web Widget you want to edit to access its settings
  4. Click on the "Style" section to customize the widget appearance
  5. In the "Frame"  section adjust the widget frame settings
  6. Scroll down in the color section and click on the dropdown arrow
  7. Select the desired color from the color picker interface
  8. Next, customize the "Launcher" settings according to your preferences
  9. Finally, click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page to apply changes
  10. Your theme settings for the Chat widget will now reflect the changes you made
