  1. First in the Admin Center, click on the "People" icon in the left sidebar
  2. Then click on "End users" under the People section
  3. Click on the "Settings" tab in the End users section

  5. Make sure "Require authentication for request and uploads APIs" and "Ask users to register" is not selected
  6. Finally click on the "Save tab" button at the bottom of the page to apply the changes
