  1. First in Guide admin, click on the "Manage Articles" icon in the left sidebar
  2. Then, click on the "Drafts" tab in the left sidebar to view all unpublished articles
  3. Next click on the draft article you want to publish in the drafts list
  4. Review the content and make any necessary edits
  5. Click on the dropdown arrow next to the "Save" button
  6. Finally, select "Publish" option from the dropdown menu
