How to change privacy settings of forms in Asana

How it works

  1. First click on a project in the left sidebar under Projects section
  2. In the top menu bar click on "Customize" button
  3. In the customization panel select "Forms" option
  4. Click on the more options menu (three dots) next to the name of your form
  5. Select "Edit" from the dropdown menu
  6. Click "Change" button next to form access settings
  7. In the Default Assignee dropdown select the privacy option you want to set
  8. Finally click "Save" button in the bottom right corner of the form editor
