How to add time estimates in Asana

How it works

  1. First click on a project in the left sidebar under Projects section
  2. Then click on the "Customize" button in the top-right corner of the project view
  3. Next click on "Fields" option in the customization panel
  4. Then click on "Browse library" button in the Fields section
  5. Click the search field in the upper middle of the page
  6. Type in "Estimated time" in the search field
  7. Next click the Estimated Time field from the suggested options
  8. Then click "Add to project" button in the bottom-right corner of the modal
  9. Next click the empty Estimated Time input field
  10. Finally type the time and press Enter on your keyboard
