  1. First click site card you want to use
  2. Then click on "Start editing content" card in the main content area
  3. Click on the "Edit" button in the top toolbar
  4. Click the "+" button to add a new block below
  5. Here you will have different choices of "Heading"
  6. Click the newly created block to edit it
  7. After editing, you will find an "#" sign meaning you have created an anchor link
  8. Finally click on the "Merge" button at top toolbar area to save your work
