Here is how to use zapier with jotform

  1. First click on the "Create" button in the top-left corner of the Zapier interface
  2. Then click on "Zaps" in the dropdown menu
  3. Click on the "Trigger" section to select the event that starts your Zap
  4. Select "Jotform" from the app selection menu
  5. In the right sidebar configuration panel, locate and select an event
  6. Click the "Sign in" button to connect your Jotform account
  7. Click the "Allow" button to authorize Zapier to access your Jotform account
  8. Click the "Continue" button after selecting a Trigger event
  9. Then select a form to use for your Zap
  10. Click the "Continue" button after selecting the Product Order Form
  11. Click the "Continue" button after the trigger test is complete
  12. Then choose what app you want to use
  13. Then choose an "Action event" for you Zap
  14. Click the "Continue" button to proceed with Google Docs setup
  15. Fill in the necessary details for your action
  16. Click the "Continue" button to move to the testing phase
  17. Finally, click the "Publish" button in the top-right corner to make your Zap live
