How to turn off IP restrictions in SurveyMonkey

How it works

1. First click on the survey you want to edit
2. Then click on the "COLLECT RESPONSES" tab in the survey navigation menu
3. Next click the collector you want to edit in the collectors list
4. Scroll down and click on "Show advanced options" link
5. Then click on the "IP restrictions" dropdown to expand the options
6. Finally select the "Off, no IP addresses are restricted from taking your survey" radio button
