How to collect respondent IP addresses in SurveyMonkey
How it works
1. First click the survey you want to edit
2. Then click on the "COLLECT RESPONSES" tab in the top navigation menu
3. Next select the collector you’re using
4. Click the "Anonymous responses" option in the settings list
5. Turn the setting “Off” to record respondent IP addresses along with their survey responses
