Here is how to share a template in clickup

  1. First click your Workspace avatar in the top left corner
  2. Next click on "Template Center" in the workspace settings menu
  3. In the Template Center, click on the "Workspace Templates"
  4. Select the the template you want to share
  5. Then click the "Share" button in the template details view
  6. Select a sharing options from the share settings dropdown
  7. You can also enable "Public sharing" to generate a link for external users
  8. Then copy the link and share it with anyone outside your Workspace
