  1. First open the Doc that contains the content you want to summarize
  2. Next hover over the Doc's title and click "Ask AI"
  3. Click on "Summary" option in the dropdown menu
  4. Then a summary of the entire Doc will be generated, providing a concise overview of its key points
  5. If you want to summarize only part of the Doc, highlight the relevant text
  6. Next click on "Ask" button in the formatting toolbar
  7. Then click on "Summarize this" option in the AI assistant menu
  8. Finally AI will then generate a concise summary of the selected content
  9. After AI generates the summary, you can copy, replace, insert, or refine the response as needed
