How to share a form in Asana

How it works

1. First click on a project in the left sidebar Projects menu
2. Then click on "Customize" button in the top-right corner of the page
3. Next click on "Forms" option in the right sidebar customization menu
4. Then click on the options menu (three dots) next to the  form that you want to share
5. Click on "Edit" option in the dropdown menu
6. Next click on "Share form" button in the form editor header
7. Then click on the recipient input field labeled "Add by name or email"
8. Next type the name or email of the person you want to share the form with
9. Click to the name or the email to confirm the selected recipient
10. Finally click on "Share form" button to send the form
