1. First click on the project in the left sidebar navigation menu
2. Then click on a task that has proofing task
3. Next scroll down
4. Then click on the subtask with a number next to it in the task details view
5. Click on the comment field at the bottom of the task details and type your reply
6. Finally click the comment icon to post your reply
