How it works
1. First click on the project in the left sidebar
2. Then click on the "List" view option in the top navigation bar
3. Next click on the task to open up the details panel
4. Scroll down through the details panel
5. Click and hold the six-dot icon next to the subtask name
6. Then drag the subtask up or down to your desired position in the list
