Here is how to send a survey during a specific time in intercom
- First click on the "Outbound" item in the left sidebar menu
- Then click on the "New message" button in the top right corner of the messages view
- Click on the "Survey" option from the template selection menu
- Next click on the "Frequency and scheduling" section in the survey settings
- Click on the dropdown menu showing "on any day, any time"
- Select "At custom times" option from the scheduling dropdown menu
- Finally click on the time schedule grid to set specific delivery times
