Here is how to duplicate a workflow in intercom
- First click on "AI & Automation" in the left sidebar menu
- Then click on "Workflows" in the left sidebar submenu
- Next click on workflow item in the workflows list
- In the top menu bar, click on the "More" dropdown button
- From the dropdown menu, select the "Duplicate" option
- In the modal window, click on the workflow type dropdown
- From the expanded dropdown list, click on the new workflow option you prefer
- Finally, click the "Duplicate" button in the modal window to create a copy of the workflow
