Here is how to delete a team inbox in intercom
- First click on "Settings" option in the left sidebar
- Then click on "Inbox" menu item in the settings sidebar
- Next click on "Team inboxes" submenu under the Inbox section
- Click team inbox you want to delete
- Click on "Delete team inbox" button at the bottom of the page
- Click on "Select teammate" dropdown in the delete confirmation dialog
- Select a user from the teammates list
- Finally click on "Delete team inbox" button in red to confirm deletion
