Here is how to schedule your general availability in pipedrive
- First to add your Scheduler availability, click on the "Activities" menu in the left sidebar
- Next click on the "Meeting scheduler" dropdown button in the top toolbar
- Select the "Manage availability" option in the dropdown menu
- Then click on "Add availability" button in the General availability window
- Now select the duration option for meeting length
- Next add an availability duration as needed
- Then click the "+" below any day to add available hours
- Click on the time slot block to select your available hours
- When adding your hours, you can copy hours from one day to others while editing if needed
- Once done, click on "Save" button to confirm time slot settings
- Next click on "BUFFER AND TIME SETTINGS" dropdown to expand additional options
- Use the buffer and time settings to customize how far in advance people can book your time and how much time you have before and after appointments
- Next click “Continue to meeting details” to move to the next window
- Here you can customize the message recipients see when booking through your Scheduler such as the meeting name, location, description, video call options, required fields, and optional footer text
- Then once done, click on "Continue" button to proceed
- Now copy the generated link to share with recipients
- Finally, click the "Done" button to complete the setup
- You have successfully set up your meeting availability, it will now be listed in your general availability section
