How to subscribe your customers in Pipedrive

How it works

1. First click on the "Deals" icon in the left sidebar menu
2. Then click on the customer you want to subscribe
3. Click on the "Marketing status" dropdown field to open status options
4. Click on the "SUBSCRIBED" option from the dropdown
5. Finally click the "Save" button to confirm changing the marketing status to "SUBSCRIBED"
