How it works
1. First navigate to the item you want to follow, such as a contact or deal
2. Then click on the item to open its details
3. At the top right, you'll see the follower count and a dropdown menu
4. You can follow the item yourself by selecting "Start following"
5. To add other followers, click on "Add a follower"
6. Click into the dropdown in the Manage Followers dialog
7. Select the users you want to add from the dropdown and click their name
8. FInally once you're done, close the menu to save the changes
9. The follower count will update to include the new followers
