How it works
1. First, click on the "Activities" menu in the left sidebar
2. Next click on the "Meeting scheduler" dropdown button in the top toolbar
3. Click on "Manage availability" option from the dropdown menu
4. Then locate the availability meeting you want to modify and click on it
5. Adjust the available hours, meeting duration, and buffer times as needed
6. Then click “Continue to meeting details” to move to the next window
7. Here edit the booking message by adjusting details such as meeting name, location, description, video call options, required fields, and an optional footer as needed
8. Then once done, click on "Continue" button to save the changes
9. Finally, click the "Done" button to confirm the changes
