Here is how to sync contacts in pipedrive
- First click on "Profile" button in the top-right corner of the header
- Then click on "Company settings" in the dropdown menu under COMPANY OVERVIEW section
- Next click on "Contact sync" option in the left sidebar menu
- Then click on "Add New Account" button in the main content area
- Next enter your email address in the "Email address" input field
- Then click the "Continue" button to proceed
- Next click the "Continue" button on the Google sign-in screen
- Then click the "Continue" button on the access permissions screen
- Next click the "Start syncing" button at the bottom of the contact sync settings page
- Finally click the "Enable contact sync" button in the confirmation popup dialog
