Here is how to manage your activities in pipedrive

  1. First click on the "Activities" item in the left sidebar
  2. Click on "+ Activity" to create a new activity
  3. You can also use the feature "Meeting scheduler" by clicking the button here
  4. Here you can either choose to see your activities in "List" or "Calendar" form
  5. Click on an activity you want to edit
  6. Click the "Trash" icon to delete your activity
  7. Or you could also click the "Mark as done" to complete the activity
  8. Or you could click the "Edit" button to change all the details associated with the activity
  9. To move an activity just click and hold the activity
  10. Then drag and drop it to your preferred time
